How can I check on the status of my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier.

If your tracking information shows your items as delivered, but your shipment hasn’t arrived, please contact us immediately at 800-605-3369. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m – 5 p.m. PT.

Where can I use Modern Movement consumer products?

All Nautilus, Inc. branded consumer products including Bowflex, Nautilus, Schwinn and Modern Movement brands are designed and intended to provide home users with a dependable and affordable workout experience. With proper maintenance, our products will provide home users with years of quality use. Nautilus, Inc. branded consumer products are not intended to be used in any commercial or institutional setting or application. These include but are not limited to:

M-Pad

Will the M-Pad™ mark up my floor?

No. M-Pad™ is made of TPE and is non-marring to floor surfaces.

How do I increase the difficulty on M-Pad™ to make it more challenging?

There are 2 ways to increase your difficulty to meet your challenge needs:

  1. User can raise or lower the height of the pad (3 pad levels).
  2. User can increase the speed/sensitivity of the ball to further challenge the user (whether on pad 1, 2 or 3) by changing the level setting in the main menu. By increasing the setting, users will heighten the level of balance or agility required to attain higher scores.

Edge-Board

Will Edge-Board™ mark up my floor?

No. The Edge-Board™ wheel is made of TPE and is non-marring to floor surfaces.

Does Edge-Board™ have a braking system?

Edge-Board™ has a patented braking system called Edge Brake. Edge Brake was developed to assist users who are new to core training and full-body extensions. To engage Edge Brake, simply pull out the two handles beneath Edge-Board™.

Curving the board. When the Edge Brake is extended, the user can also curve the direction of the board out (i.e. in doing an ab extension, and working the oblique muscles).

Can I remove the media rack from my Edge-Board™?

Yes. The media rack can be removed.

M-Trac App

Is the M-Trac™ App available for both iOS and Android devices?

Yes.

Does M-Trac™ App offer different languages?

At this time, English is the only language offered. Translations are planned for the near future.

Is M-Trac™ App exclusive to Modern Movement products?

Yes.

How do I select the product that I purchased on the M-Trac™ app?

At the top of the screen, there are two arrows. Select the left or right arrow and the M-Pad™ or Edge-Board™ will appear. Stop at the appropriate picture for the device.

Do I need WiFi or Bluetooth® to run M-Trac™ App?

No.

What is the difference between setting up a login and playing as a guest?

Setting up a login enables all performance history to be saved, while playing as a guest does not allow performance history to be saved.

How do I set the levels of difficulty in the M-Trac™ App?

On the main menu, you can adjust the level of difficulty/sensitivity.

Can I view M-Trac™ App from a smart TV?

Yes, users can use second screen devices like Roku, Chromecast, and Apple TV to view the M-Trac™ App on a smart TV. After setting up the device, cast to the second screen by going to the main menu and clicking the square in the top right.

How do I view M-Trac™ App from a Chromecast™ device?

  1. Use a modem and smart phone.
  2. Turn on the modem. Wait for it to boot up fully which may take up to 3 minutes.
  3. Plug the Chromecast into the TV display, note it will need both the HDMI plugged in (as well as the wall plug).
  4. Wait for the Chromecast to boot and acquire the modems signal.
  5. Turn on the smart phone. Make sure that after it boots, that it logs into the modems signal as well.
  6. Both the Chromecast and the smart phone must stay on this network for the screen casting to operate.
  7. Start the M-Trac™ App using the shortcut on the main home screen of the phone. Log in as guest and near the upper right corner of the main screen is the Cast icon which looks like this (picture needed).
  8. Click the Cast icon and the device will search for several seconds before it finds the Chromecast. Click the found device and the phone screen should be duplicated on the TV display.

How do I view M-Trac™ App from an Apple TV® device?

  1. Plug the Apple TV into the TV display. Note that it will need both the HDMI plugged in (as well as the wall plug).
  2. Wait for the Apple TV to boot. Change the TV auxiliary to where the Apple TV is plugged into.
  3. Turn on the smart phone. Open settings, ensure WiFi is “on” on smart phone in order to pick up the Apple TV signal.
  4. Start the M-Trac™ App using the shortcut on the main home screen of the phone. Log in as guest and near the upper right corner of the main screen is the cast icon which looks like this (picture needed).
  5. M-Trac™ App will search for connection, and screen should then mirror onto the TV.

Why is the balance ball on M-Trac™ App moving so slowly?

User may have not calibrated the ball before playing. Go to settings. Select calibrate. Follow instructions. After calibration, ball should move at regular speed by user’s movements.

What is the difference between “play” and “train” modes?

In play mode, user can select one exercise to do at a time. In train mode, user can select multiple exercises to do that will run sequentially in one workout.

How do I play the balance and agility games for M-Pad™?

Follow and overlap the grey ball with the orange ball. The ball will glow orange. Points are accumulated the longer the user is able to stay within the moving target.

How do I play Bullseye on M-Pad™?

Move the orange ball into the center of the bullseye. When the ball is center, it will glow orange. Points are accumulated the longer the user is able to stay within the target.

Why can’t I access specific exercises?

Some exercises appear unavailable because they are more advanced. To access more advanced exercises, simply increase the difficulty level to 2 or 3 in the main menu bar.

What is the “focus” button for Edge-Board™?

The “focus” button is a quick default workout, where you can quickly select which area of the body you would like to focus on. Options include full-body, upper-body and lower-body.

How do I play Space Invaders on M-Pad™?

Balance left or right to shoot and avoid being shot by alien ships. User’s ship will automatically fire.

How do I play Marble Maze on M-Pad™?

Balance, up, down, left or right to maneuver the marble through the maze to the goal.

How do I play Space Invaders on Edge-Board™?

Get into a plank position, putting palms on the face of the Edge Board. While holding the plank position, move left or right to shoot and avoid being shot by alien ships. User’s ship will automatically fire.

How can I do build custom workouts?

Select TRAIN. Select workout duration in TIME. Note that this is total workout duration. For example, if you have 10 exercises and you select 20 minutes, each exercise will be 2 minutes in total. Select CUSTOM. Highlight each exercise you’d like to include within your workout. When ready, push START to begin workout.

How can I view performance tracking?

Push the upper left corner menu icon. Select history (“play” or “train” mode).
